Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "your") and White Colony Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsasag, a company registered in Hungary with company registration number 07-09-457208, registered on 2026/06/01, with its registered address at 1132 Budapest, Vaci ut 16. Fsz. 12. ajto, Hungary ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Fantasy Duel digital game platform available at https://fantasyduelgame.com/ and any related web-based game services, pages, features, accounts, payment flows, marketplace functions, digital content, and support services operated by us (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing digital content, using Fantasy Duel, participating in the Legendary Market, or using any other part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

(a) "Aurum" means a Platform digital balance that may be purchased for use on the Platform, used in permitted Platform features such as the Legendary Market, and, where eligible, submitted for reverse conversion through the Platform's payout function at the disclosed reverse conversion rate.

(b) "Aurum Purchase Rate" means the rate at which Aurum may be purchased from the Company. Unless otherwise stated on the Platform at checkout, the purchase rate is 1 Aurum = EUR 1.

(c) "Aurum Reverse Conversion Rate" means the rate at which eligible Aurum may be converted back through the Platform's payout function. Unless otherwise stated on the Platform at the time of the payout request, the reverse conversion rate is 1 Aurum = EUR 0.50, before any applicable fees, payment provider charges, chargeback adjustments, taxes, or other deductions permitted under these Terms.

(d) "Commission" means any fee retained by the Company in connection with a purchase, marketplace transaction, swap, payout, or other Platform transaction, as displayed on the Platform or described in these Terms.

(e) "Consumer" means a natural person acting for purposes that are outside that person's trade, business, craft, or profession.

(f) "Digital Content" means any digital item, balance, currency, feature, service, account content, game item, virtual item, consumable, equipment, mask, legendary item, or other digital material supplied through the Platform.

(g) "Fantasy Duel" or "Game" means the browser-based dark fantasy tactical duel RPG operated by the Company, including PvE, PvP, rankings, leagues, masks, equipment, consumables, virtual currencies, and related game features.

(h) "Gold" means a premium in-game currency or digital balance that may be purchased for real money and used within the Game for eligible in-game purchases, including certain consumables, equipment, upgrades, masks, or other Digital Content. Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, the purchase rate is 1 EUR = 10 Gold.

(i) "Legendary Market" means the in-Platform user-to-user marketplace function through which eligible users may list, buy, and sell eligible Virtual Items using Aurum, subject to these Terms, the applicable marketplace rules, commissions, eligibility checks, and technical availability.

(j) "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

(k) "Platform" means the website, application, game environment, account system, payment infrastructure, marketplace infrastructure, and digital services through which Fantasy Duel and related Services are made available, including https://fantasyduelgame.com/.

(l) "Privacy Policy" means the Company's Data Protection and Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

(m) "Services" means the Game, the Platform, account access, digital content, in-game purchases, marketplace features, support, and any related service provided by the Company.

(n) "Silver" means a non-withdrawable in-game currency or balance obtained through gameplay, rewards, or other in-game activity, usable only within the Game and not convertible into real money.

(o) "Virtual Items" means digital game content, including equipment, weapons, armour, masks, consumables, Legendary Items, cosmetics, rankings, account features, and other in-game objects or entitlements made available through the Platform.

(p) "You" or "User" means the individual person accessing or using the Platform or Services.

3. Our Services

The Company provides access to Fantasy Duel, a browser-based dark fantasy tactical duel RPG. The Game may include PvE battles, PvP arena features, league progression, rankings, equipment, masks, consumables, Silver, Gold, Aurum, Legendary Items, and the Legendary Market.

The Game and all related content are provided subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any additional rules or notices made available on the Platform.

All rights in the Game, Platform, software, artwork, user interface, gameplay systems, characters, items, texts, balancing, databases, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company. Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of the Game, the Platform, any Virtual Item, any currency balance, or any Digital Content to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

We may update, rebalance, restrict, suspend, expand, modify, or discontinue any feature, item, currency, balance, drop rate, enemy, equipment tier, league, ranking, marketplace rule, or other part of the Services, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

You must not access or use the Platform if doing so would be unlawful in your country of residence, location, citizenship, or other applicable jurisdiction.

We may restrict access to the Platform in any country, region, territory, or jurisdiction where access would be prohibited, restricted, commercially impractical, or would require authorisation, licensing, registration, approval, tax treatment, or compliance measures that we do not currently maintain.

The Company may use geolocation, payment screening, identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention tools, or other compliance measures to enforce this Clause.

5. Account Registration and Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, account compromise, fraud, or misuse.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account is compromised, used unlawfully, used in breach of these Terms, or involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, market manipulation, bot activity, payment misuse, or any other harmful activity.

6. Virtual Items and Digital Content

Virtual Items and Digital Content are licensed to you for use within the Platform. They are not sold to you as property. You do not acquire ownership rights, property rights, intellectual property rights, or any right to use Virtual Items outside the Platform.

Virtual Items may be obtained through gameplay, rewards, purchases, promotions, the Legendary Market, or other Platform features. Their availability, effects, statistics, rarity, drop rates, uses, restrictions, and eligibility may change over time.

The Company may modify, rebalance, restrict, discontinue, remove, replace, or reset Virtual Items where necessary for game balance, technical operation, security, compliance, anti-fraud reasons, or service development, subject to applicable law.

Virtual Items may not be sold, transferred, gifted, rented, pledged, exchanged, auctioned, or otherwise dealt with outside the Platform. Any attempted off-Platform transaction is prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of items or balances, and refusal of payouts.

7. Silver

Silver is a non-withdrawable in-game balance obtained through gameplay or in-game rewards. Silver may be used only within the Game for eligible in-game purposes.

Silver has no monetary value, is not legal tender, is not a financial instrument, is not stored monetary value, is not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Platform.

Silver cannot be submitted for payout, refund, redemption, or reverse conversion.

8. Gold

Gold is a premium in-game balance that may be purchased for real money and used within the Game for eligible Digital Content, including consumables, equipment, upgrades, masks, or other in-game features made available from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform at checkout, the purchase rate is 1 EUR = 10 Gold.

Gold is delivered as Digital Content. Gold has no independent monetary value outside the Platform, is not legal tender, is not stored monetary value, is not a financial instrument, is not a deposit, is not a regulated financial product, and cannot be used outside the Platform.

Gold cannot be submitted for payout or reverse conversion. Once Gold is spent, consumed, exchanged for Digital Content, used in gameplay, used to purchase an item, used to enter or support a feature, or otherwise activated, it is treated as consumed Digital Content and is not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Where you purchase Gold and expressly request immediate delivery before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, you acknowledge that once delivery or performance begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Aurum

Aurum is a Platform digital balance that may be purchased for use within the Platform and may be used for eligible Platform features, including the Legendary Market.

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform at checkout, Aurum may be purchased at the Aurum Purchase Rate of 1 Aurum = EUR 1.

Subject to eligibility, verification, fraud checks, payment clearance, chargeback status, marketplace settlement rules, and these Terms, eligible Aurum may be submitted for reverse conversion through the Platform's payout function at the Aurum Reverse Conversion Rate. Unless otherwise stated at the time of payout, the reverse conversion rate is 1 Aurum = EUR 0.50, before any applicable deductions.

Aurum is not legal tender, not electronic money, not stored monetary value, not a deposit, not a security, not a financial instrument, not a crypto-asset, not an investment product, and does not create any right to interest, yield, appreciation, dividend, income, or positive financial return.

Aurum is not intended to allow any user to receive more from the Platform than is permitted by the disclosed reverse conversion rate, applicable rules, and eligibility checks. The Platform does not guarantee liquidity, demand for Virtual Items, marketplace sales, payout availability, or any financial outcome.

The Company may distinguish between different categories of Aurum, including purchased Aurum, marketplace Aurum, promotional Aurum, bonus Aurum, pending Aurum, locked Aurum, disputed Aurum, and ineligible Aurum. Only Aurum marked or treated by the Platform as eligible may be submitted for reverse conversion.

Aurum connected to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, account compromise, prohibited activity, market manipulation, technical errors, bonus grants, testing grants, or suspected unlawful conduct may be frozen, reversed, cancelled, withheld, or made ineligible for payout.

10. Legendary Market

The Legendary Market is an in-Platform user-to-user marketplace for eligible Virtual Items. It may allow eligible users to list, buy, and sell certain Virtual Items using Aurum.

The Legendary Market is not an external marketplace, exchange, broker, financial market, payment service, regulated trading venue, gambling service, auction house for real-world property, or public trading venue.

When you list a Virtual Item, you remain responsible for setting the listing price within the available Platform rules. When another user buys a listed Virtual Item, the applicable Aurum amount may be transferred through the Platform ledger, subject to marketplace commission, settlement rules, fraud checks, chargeback checks, technical validation, and any other rules displayed at the time of the transaction.

The Company may charge a marketplace Commission on listings, purchases, sales, settlements, cancellations, or other marketplace activity. The applicable Commission will be displayed on the Platform or described in the relevant transaction flow.

Marketplace transactions may be final once completed. The Company may reverse, cancel, freeze, or adjust a marketplace transaction if it was caused by fraud, technical error, abuse, payment reversal, chargeback, unauthorised access, prohibited automation, market manipulation, breach of these Terms, or a legal or compliance requirement.

You must not manipulate marketplace prices, create artificial demand, use multiple accounts to distort listings, conduct wash trades, collude with other users, bypass Platform commissions, use the market to transfer value outside the Platform rules, or conduct off-Platform sales.

11. Payout and Reverse Conversion of Eligible Aurum

The Platform may provide a limited payout function through which eligible Aurum may be submitted for reverse conversion at the Aurum Reverse Conversion Rate.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of the payout request, the reverse conversion rate is 1 Aurum = EUR 0.50, before any applicable fees, payment provider charges, taxes, chargeback adjustments, or deductions permitted under these Terms.

The payout function is subject to the following conditions:

(a) Only eligible Aurum may be submitted for reverse conversion.

(b) The minimum payout amount may be set by the Company and displayed in the payout flow.

(c) Payouts may be made only through supported payment methods and payment service providers.

(d) Where required for fraud prevention, chargeback prevention, payment network rules, or compliance reasons, payouts may be limited to the same payment instrument or verified account previously used by the user on the Platform.

(e) The Company may require identity verification, age verification, address verification, sanctions screening, payment ownership verification, source of funds checks, or other KYC/AML checks before processing a payout.

(f) The Company may delay, refuse, cancel, freeze, or reverse a payout if there is a suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, technical error, legal requirement, compliance issue, payment provider refusal, account compromise, or unresolved dispute.

(g) Payout availability may depend on the user's jurisdiction, payment method, account status, verification status, transaction history, risk profile, and applicable law.

(h) Payouts are not guaranteed to be available at all times and may be suspended for maintenance, compliance, risk, payment provider, or legal reasons.

A payout request is not a refund request. Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights are governed by Clause 18 and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Payments and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in Euros (EUR), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law, unless separately stated.

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment details, you authorise the Company or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

The Company does not store full payment card details unless this is expressly stated and handled through a compliant payment provider. Payment information is processed subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy notices.

The Company may refuse, cancel, reverse, or delay any transaction where there is a suspected technical error, pricing error, payment issue, compliance concern, fraud risk, chargeback risk, or breach of these Terms.

13. Commissions and Fees

The Platform may charge Commissions or fees on purchases, marketplace transactions, swaps, reverse conversions, payouts, or other Platform activities.

Where a Commission applies, the amount or method of calculation will be displayed on the Platform, in the relevant transaction flow, or in these Terms. By confirming the relevant transaction, you agree to the applicable Commission.

The Company may update Commissions, fees, minimum payout limits, and related conditions from time to time. Changes will not affect transactions already completed, unless required by law, payment provider rules, chargeback handling, fraud prevention, or technical correction.

14. Compliance, KYC, AML, Fraud Prevention, and Sanctions

The Company may carry out identity verification, payment verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and other checks required or permitted by applicable law, payment provider rules, or internal risk controls.

You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation when verification is requested. Failure to provide requested information may result in account restrictions, transaction limits, payout refusal, account suspension, or termination.

You represent and warrant that all funds used on the Platform are from lawful sources and that your use of the Platform does not breach any applicable law, sanctions regime, anti-money laundering rule, payment rule, or financial crime rule.

The Company may report suspicious activity to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

15. Acceptable Use

You must use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

(a) use bots, scripts, macros, automated gameplay tools, crawlers, scrapers, or unauthorised software;

(b) exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, balancing errors, payment errors, marketplace errors, or technical issues;

(c) manipulate battles, rankings, marketplace listings, prices, drops, rewards, or other Platform systems;

(d) create or use multiple accounts to avoid limits, manipulate the market, abuse promotions, bypass restrictions, or conceal identity;

(e) sell, buy, transfer, rent, share, or trade accounts or Virtual Items outside the Platform;

(f) engage in harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, unlawful content, impersonation, or harmful conduct;

(g) use the Platform for gambling, wagering, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, unauthorised value transfer, or any unlawful activity;

(h) reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or interfere with the Platform or Game;

(i) use stolen payment methods, unauthorised payment credentials, or third-party payment instruments without permission;

(j) attempt to bypass security, KYC, AML, payment, access, regional, or account controls.

16. Account Suspension, Termination, and Forfeiture

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to any feature if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, created risk for the Platform, abused game systems, manipulated the market, used unauthorised automation, caused chargebacks, engaged in fraud, or otherwise harmed the Platform or other users.

Upon suspension or termination, we may freeze, restrict, cancel, or forfeit Virtual Items, Gold, Silver, Aurum, marketplace listings, payout requests, rankings, rewards, or other account features, subject to applicable law.

You may request account closure by contacting support at support@fantasyduelgame.com. Account closure may be delayed where there are pending transactions, disputes, verification obligations, legal retention requirements, fraud investigations, or unresolved payout matters.

17. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital Content is usually delivered to your Platform account promptly after successful payment confirmation. In most cases, delivery occurs immediately or within a short technical processing period.

If Digital Content is not delivered due to a technical error, payment failure, or other issue, you should contact support at support@fantasyduelgame.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, deliver the missing content, correct the account balance, or provide a refund where required by law or under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

18. Refunds and Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by this Clause and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you are a Consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, this right may be lost for Digital Content where you expressly request immediate delivery or performance and acknowledge that you will lose your withdrawal right once delivery or performance begins.

Where you purchase Gold, Aurum, Virtual Items, consumables, equipment, marketplace items, or other Digital Content and expressly request immediate delivery, you acknowledge that the content may be supplied immediately to your account and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins.

Gold, Aurum, Virtual Items, consumables, equipment, or other Digital Content that has been delivered, spent, consumed, exchanged, used in gameplay, listed, transferred, purchased through the Legendary Market, converted, or otherwise activated is not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Payout requests and reverse conversion of eligible Aurum are not refunds and are subject to the payout rules in these Terms.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, Fantasy Duel, software, source code, object code, artwork, graphics, animations, interface elements, design, texts, lore, characters, enemies, items, icons, sounds, music, databases, balancing systems, trade marks, logos, and all related content are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, extract, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

20. User Content and Communications

If the Platform allows you to submit nicknames, messages, profile content, support messages, marketplace listings, or other user content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, process, moderate, remove, and use such content as necessary to operate and protect the Platform.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

21. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links, integrations, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, identity verification providers, anti-fraud providers, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

22. Disclaimers

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all devices, free from bugs, or available in all jurisdictions.

We do not guarantee any specific gameplay result, item drop, marketplace sale, ranking, league outcome, item value, demand for Virtual Items, payout availability, or financial outcome.

Nothing on the Platform is financial, tax, legal, or professional advice.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, Services, Digital Content, marketplace activity, or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) EUR 100.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or loss arising from gameplay outcomes, market outcomes, account suspension, technical issues, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, payment misuse, chargebacks, or prohibited marketplace activity.

25. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

If you are a Consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence where applicable.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support at support@fantasyduelgame.com.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025. Users may consult the current EU consumer redress resources and relevant national consumer dispute resolution bodies where applicable.

27. General Provisions

(a) Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any additional rules displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform.

(b) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.

(c) No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

(d) Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of business.

(e) Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider failures, cyber incidents, governmental actions, natural disasters, war, labour disputes, or other force majeure events.

(f) Language: These Terms are prepared in English. If translated, the English version will prevail unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
